Please click on the support link of the Engineer who is dealing with your call to begin the download of the TeamViewer Client.
This will open in a new tab. Click Run in the bar at the bottom of the web page.
Connecting through TeamViewer
This will load the TeamViewer client and connect you to your Engineer. If this fails to load please click ‘try again’ on the web page.
Once you are connected a prompt will appear on your screen asking for permission to control your computer. Please click Allow to share control with the Engineer.
You can stop control at any time by closing the Techies Helpdesk window (left).
