Since 1 March 1992 Techies has been providing its clients with high quality IT solutions. First established in Luton with only two staff Techies has grown into a flourishing successful company having gone through some harrowing times! Now based in Bedford Techies offers a three tier managed service package which covers all your IT needs.

We have helpdesk technicians which are highly trained in Microsoft, Veritas, Cisco and Sun Microsoft systems. We have particularly become recognised for our expertise and hands-on approach by the professional consumer sector and SME's who also appreciate the personal contact and open access to specialists. With over 15 years in delivering IT solutions to our client base Techies have built a strong service portfolio.


Techies are now in their 30th year of trading. We have had good and bad times during this period. Originally formed in Luton we moved to Bedford 15 years ago.

 

The company was formed to supply support but in deep recession in 1992 we soon changed our game plan and started to build PC's, where we were selling 100 a month. Then after the year 2000 with the advent of the internet and Dell these numbers dwindled.

 

We also changed our hardware maintenance to more software and server support and we developed our Managed Service for IT Support..

 

Techies celebrate 30 years of trading

Today we have two service offerings for the SMB client we have a helpdesk, on site support and server monitoring. For the larger client we offer software inventory, delivery to desktop, asset management, disposal and procurement.


In 2007 we also formed an internet company Tech Internet which sells and supports Internet lines for business.


So as you can see there isn't much we can't do and haven't done!
