We recognise that our customers including Honeytop, Bedford Rugby Club and Westfield Middle School are the most important part of our IT business.
At LZW we currently have an on-site IT technician, her role is to provide low level technical support to staff, installing and removing software, undertaking housekeeping tasks, providing technical problem solving on hardware and software issues, ensuring ICT equipment and workstations meet Health and Safety requirements.
This person also acts as a contact between staff and Techies. Techies undertake all other aspects of advice and IT services. This works really well and there is a good working relationship between our internal IT person and Techies, it enables us to collate any issues/needs we have and gives Techies one point of contact at our site. We are in the process of expanding to two sites and setting up a similar system at our new site.

Woodlands Secondary School have been working with Techies Limited in excess of 10 years.
We have an in house IT support team and buy into Techies IT Support Package. This works really well and provides the school with specialised IT knowledge when needed. Techies are also in touch regularly to discuss their service, upcoming projects and any changes within the IT industry.
Techies also provide Woodlands with their phones lines, 3CX app and soon to be internet

Techies took over support for the academy from full time resources some years ago. We have found with Techies part-time service at a reduced cost no degradation in our IT support service.
